Water Witch – New Self-Propelled Pontoon Plaform
Developed for the Environment Agency in the UK, this highly portable, lightweight self propelled pontoon is powered by a 6hp remote operated outboard. Designed specifically for working on difficult to access inland rivers and waterways, the floating work platform is shallow draughted and can be easily launched off our custom twin axle tilt trailer.
As with all Water Witch designs the platform features built in lifting points as standard, together with heavy duty winch points fore and aft for pulling up river banks. Removable safety handrails feature special drop down bars and a toe rail protects hand tools from going overboard. Built from certified marine grade aluminium for strength and durability, the 3.0m and 2.3m platform has a maximum load capacity of 320kg.
These modular motorised pontoons are available in various sizes and can be interconnected if required.
